Edward Oliveira Cyrino is the Founder and CEO of NEXCAR, bringing decades of leadership experience and a strategic vision that has shaped the company into one of South Florida’s most respected automotive dealerships. Born in Brazil, Edward began his career as a paratrooper, serving four years before earning a degree in business administration in Rio de Janeiro. He went on to manage an international bank for eight years, gaining expertise in finance and operations. In 2005, he launched Car Concepts with just five vehicles in a small warehouse. Through hard work and forward thinking, he expanded and rebranded the business into NEXCAR in 2012, now recognized for its focus on commercial vehicles, quality inventory, and exceptional service. Edward leads with discipline, innovation, and a people-first philosophy that empowers his team and drives long-term customer satisfaction.

Roberto Habaue - Comptroller

Roberto Habaue is the Comptroller at NEXCAR, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in auto finance, accounting, and dealership operations. With a strong focus on financial reporting, budgeting, and day-to-day accuracy, he plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes. Known for his precision and steady approach, Roberto supports strategic decisions with clear insights and dependable systems. Outside of work, he is an avid soccer fan who enjoys following the game and staying active.

Tony Gonzalez - Sales Assistant Manager

Tony Gonzalez is the Sales Assistant Manager at NEXCAR, bringing years of automotive experience and leadership shaped by his early service in the United States Marine Corps. Originally from New York, Tony moved to Florida over a decade ago and quickly made a name for himself in car sales. He began his NEXCAR journey as an Internet Manager and was soon promoted thanks to his dedication, work ethic, and ability to build trust with customers and team members alike. Outside of work, Tony enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family and friends.

Lennon Oliveira - Sales Associate

Lennon Oliveira is a Sales Associate at NEXCAR who began his career shortly after graduating high school, driven by a passion for cars and customer service. At just 18 years old, he brings energy, focus, and a strong work ethic to the sales floor, quickly adapting to the fast-moving world of automotive retail. Lennon's ability to connect with customers and his growing industry knowledge make him a valuable part of the team. Outside of work, he enjoys following the NBA and is a dedicated Miami Heat fan.

Danilo Perez - Sales Associate

Danilo “Danny” Perez is a seasoned Sales Associate at NEXCAR with over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. Born and raised in South Florida, Danny is known for his deep product knowledge, genuine customer care, and the wisdom that comes from decades of dedication to his craft. Affectionately known as "El Viejito" by the team, he brings a unique blend of humor, insight, and professionalism to every customer interaction. When he is not at the dealership, Danny enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time on the water.

Miguel Garcia - Lot Manager

Miguel “Mike” Garcia is the Lot Manager at NexCar, bringing over 15 years of experience in vehicle presentation and reconditioning. Originally from Puerto Rico and raised in New York, Mike moved to Florida in 1997 and has been a dedicated member of the NexCar team ever since. Known for his sharp eye and hands-on approach, he takes pride in ensuring every vehicle on the lot looks its best. His attention to detail and commitment to quality help keep operations running smoothly. Outside of work, Mike enjoys watching movies and spending time with his wife and family.
